ASK FOR MORE GRACE

You get stuck when you realize that you cannot do something on your own. Then you forget or refuse to ask for My grace to overcome. Sometimes it is because you do not think to ask. But more likely than not, it is wanting to stay in control, refusing to crucify the flesh. However, it is the only way to operate in the Kingdom, and it is the only way that you can operate in true power and authority.

Imagine what your enemy would do to you if you were allowed power and authority without submission to the cross of Christ? You would be destroyed. When your life is hidden in Christ, then and only then, can you operate out of true power, for you will be operating out of true love and humility. Allow Me to work this in you. I am kind and gentle. Although it is painful, the rewards now and in the life to come are immeasurable. Come, follow Me. I am meek and lowly, yet I am all-powerful. Trust Me in this.

John 1:15-17 Amplified Bible (AMP)

15 John testified [repeatedly] about Him and has cried out [testifying officially for the record, with validity and relevance], “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me has a higher rank than I and has priority over me, for He existed before me.’” 16 For out of His fullness [the superabundance of His grace and truth] we have all received grace upon grace [spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing, favor upon favor, and gift heaped upon gift]. 17 For the Law was given through Moses, but grace [the unearned, undeserved favor of God] and truth came through Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 6:1-2 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)

1 Working together with Him, we also appeal to you, “Don’t receive God’s grace in vain.” 2 For He says: I heard you in an acceptable time, and I helped you in the day of salvation. Look, now is the acceptable time; now is the day of salvation.
